Eddie Bushyhead is a member of the Cherokee Blue Clan, and studied music at The Institute of American Indian Arts in Sante Fe, New Mexico. There the interest in the music of his people was born culminating in the Blue Clan Project. A talented pianist and guitarist, Bushyhead lives on the Qualla Boundary, where he was born, and continues to explore the music of his ancestors.
